Long back, Government authority took survey on each area in India to get the residents detail in order to save their personal and confidential data to proceed for Aadhar cards next pace. It will happen before finishing the final touch process on Aadhar cards, after the confirmation on this, the authority will then take a print out and give you Aadhar card acknowledgement where you have to keep the receipt for its further claim.
Other than the queue, this process will take around 10 to 15 minutes, if there is long queue – then you have to spend almost a day to finish this process with authority. Once you get Aadhar card acknowledgement, you have to just wait for few months or maximum for three months to get your AADHAR original card from Government concern.

What is AADHAAR? AADHAAR or UID (Unique Identification Number), UID project renamed as AADHAAR
AADHAAR project helps Government and Resident of each state in India that could be obtained a 16 digit Unique Identification Number (UID) or AADHAAR by the citizen and proposed to get in November 2010 for its first phase; it is stands on the data collected during the continuing survey operations that could be completed by May 15 to July end, 2010 in India.
In this UID / AADHAAR operation in India, the first stage pictured house listing and housing survey during the 45 days to extended period operation in India. It may be achievable to issue UID / AADHAAR to citizens in six months after the first stage survey is completed. As per survey, information collected in the first round assessment will not only help in forming a precious database, but also the country's first ever national popular register (NPR).
The census data in India will be made available to Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) / AADHAAR after the first stage process in India is completed by September this year 2010. AADHAAR, which will be issued the UID to citizens and Registrar General and Census Commissioner have arrived at an understanding over distribution of the database.
From this project, every citizen of India will not only be identified by a separate number, but also his individual details will be filed in the NPR, sources said, adding that AADHAR has taken it up as a challenge to issue the Unique Identification Number to all citizens. The census may happen once in ten years, but the UID will be a continuous process and the information may go on changing.
